I love smoothies. Love. Them.
I like them with berries, with bananas, with chai seeds, and occasionally with greens. The downside of my taste buds, I don’t like oranges by themselves. Love grapefruits, absolutely love lemons and limes, but oranges scream “medicine” taste to my brain. The weird part is that I absolutely love oranges mixed into things, just not by themselves. That is how the great orange experimentation of this summer happened.
Oranges with cranberries – yum. Oranges with walnuts and pork chops – double yum. Smoothies – time to play….
Happiness is good health and a bad memory.
Take time to experiment. Smoothies are an experiment gone right.
GOOD FOOD. GOOD FRIENDS. GOOD TIMES.
