I love appetizers. They can be fun, formal, finger food or fork-able. You can play with so many different flavors and end up with a wonderful blending in starters. Whether you call them hors d’oeuvre, appetizers or antipasto, you can have a gorgeous setup for people’s eyes and stomachs. Platters are an art form. An art that you don’t have to struggle to make. A little of that here, a little of this there and -kisses fingers- Perfetto!!
This platter was for a midday munch with friends and ended up being a great beginning to a great night of food, fun and friends.
